SOFTWARE TEAM (Open Positions)
Knowledge of C, C++, Linux required. Familiarity with Robot Operating System would be great!
- Mapping and Localization Algorithm Developer
- Path Planning, Coverage/Search Algorithm Developer
- Sample Detection, Pose Estimation & Tracking Algorithms Developer
- Controls Software Developer for Rover Base
- Controls Software Developer for Robotic Arm (Model Indentification, Position-Velocity Control)
HARDWARE TEAM (Open Positions)
Familiarity with CAD Software (SolidWorks 3D, AutoCAD or CATIA) required. Some level of machining experience, electro-mechanical design/modelling/simulation is desirable.
- Electro-Mechanical Design of Rover Base (Chassis, Drive-Train, Suspension Systems, Sensor Integration, Power Management, Electro-mechanical components, and Sample Storage and Retrieval Box)
- Electro-Mechanical Design of Robotic Arm (Electrical Design, Mechanical Design and Construction w/ Weather proofing, Sensor Integration)
- Eletcro-Mechanical Design of Manipulators/End-effectors (Electrical Design, Mechanical Design and Construction (w/ Weather proofing), Sensor Integration, Grasping, Pick-and-Place)
